In this adult-only vore-focused game, you explore a cavern and a palace filled with enemies that want to eat you. Collect power-ups, weapons, and spells to try and make your escape. But if you get devoured and digested by another character... You can choose to carry on as them instead!


Game contains:

  • Oral Vore (Soft)

  • Implications of Permanence and/or "sentient fat" endings

  • Be the Prey...
  • ...or the Pred! (After you feed Lunalyn to someone, anyway...)

Amazing work! I think this is the definitive sentient fat vore game. Very excited to see where you go with this.

its nice, but im not really a fan of the "perma fat" or "sentient fat"  thing as a pred. i prefer good o'l fashion fatal digestion, rather than what could be considered fate worse than death... i don't want that for my prey :( i doubt you'd make an alternate option, but i felt it worth noting. ( though id still like to taunt them sometimes, even though they're dead.)

also, as a pred, it seems unfair that i can't eat people as the starting character! i don't want to be prey :( + playing as a predator seems like its lacking. eating someone is uneventful, wheres the dialogue? the cutscene? they have something to say when eating you, why not the other way around? not to mention prey is limited, what about eating normal monsters and non boss characters? (with no benefit, or very little)

I can maybe try to add a toggle for some of that stuff down the line. I do need to work on adding more preds and levels first because I spent a long time working on accessibility/preference toggles for a couple months and honestly need a break from that, haha.

The customized game option lets you start as a pred character. Pred mechanics will also be expanded on in the future. This will include being able to grab enemies and swallow them before defeating them, and of course being able to eat regular enemies. The implementation of predding in the demo is more of a teaser of what's to come in the future than anything. Keep in mind, the demo is just that; An early preview of what to expect in the full game.

if you're adding a toggle for that, would you mind also adding a toggle for the bones/skeleton visuals, or maybe just a toggle for the internal view perhaps?

Already added this feature in one of the recent updates, actually! Check the game settings in ver. 1.2.0 or higher.

I love the 1.21 and all the new art is really good you did a great job with this update

Unsure if someone has reported this-- but if you spam V after defeating non-boss budgies, you can still trigger the leave/confirm defeat/devour menu and can devour them. However, this error pops up if you devour a 2nd budgie in a row:

Lunalyn you do not need to apologize for taking your time to make sure the game runs smoothly and giving us new content at the same time. You are doing a fantastic job and i patiently await the next part <3

it could be even more fun if you can deside  if you you want to be a prey or pred and witch one and having more enemies to fight and to level up

The game won't work, this keeps poping up when I try to open the game, it work at first but then my pc crash while playing, and now it doesn't work, I tied unstalling it and restalling but that didn't do anything

Perhaps it corrupted the save data when your pc crashed? Try going into appdata/local and then delete the dragoneaters folder

I’m confused

What does this mean? I’ve never had this pop up because most of the games I have are all WinRAR zip files.

It's an installer. You need to hit "Yes" to install the game.

I really love the 1.2.0 but I would like to see diffuculty or a mode thats a lot harder to more natraly lose to boses and magic still feels really strong maybe too strong? I am not a game dev so sorry if I am asking for a lot

Everything playable now is indicative of early game difficulty more than anything. As I start to work on the next couple of areas, fights are gonna start to get more complicated and more challenging. I'll also introduce more customizable difficulty options later on down the line.

As far as magic, I'm hoping that once bosses start to have more attacks of their own, things will naturally balance out a bit. One thing I have planned as a potential adjustment for spells, though, is making them require stamina so they'd be a bit harder to spam.  Thank you for the feedback!

Just gave the new demo a try. I love the Lunalyn doppelganger and the drawn images of the pred during the player prey vore scenes. One thing I would like added would be the option to use the wasd layout if it can be squeezed into the next update. Other than that I can't think of anything else to change or add.

I've been putting a lot of work into this game for over a year, and when it's done, I do intend to charge a modest price for the full game (no more than $20, probably less.)

You can softlock the game by using the downward thing on the yellow jump pads to reach the sword item BEFORE getting the multi-jump upgrade.

You should be able to use the dash aimed upwards to get out of there.

Awesome work so far, I really enjoy what you've got cooked up right now! Both gameplay and vore aspects are quite fun and an interesting idea for sure to take control of who eats you! My fav is Tanza currently! :D

Only thing I am hoping right now is that glasses wearing kobold(I think?) gets added soon. She is very cute!

L and R does nothing there is no esc menu, I would like a way to revisit what the buttons are and do, i did not expect a platformer and how am I supposed to one hand this?...

edit: I'm asking because I thought this was supposed to be a game to jerk off too but it seams I was wrong or something because people are disliking my comment and I don't know why.

I have a question why when I'm about to open the game it says do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?

it does that a lot with things you download from the internet, it is a safety measure for incase you downloaded something unknowingly that might be a virus or a trojan horse.

Fighting Tanza... As Tanza, is a very funny scenario and should absolutely stay as a feature.

I would imagine that it's a false positive. It's just a GameMaker game, and the update isn't a commonly recognized file yet.

I would love to if I could, but it would add an insane amount of extra spritework. Each character has dozens of sprites and animations, and I'd basically have to do entirely new ones for every character and every future character. It's unfortunately not realistic for a sprite-based game with as wide of a scope as this.

Yeahhh... Haven't been kicked off the platform yet, hopefully it stays that way. There's still hope that with enough pushback, maybe they'll change course. Still, looking into alternative options just in case.

I really hope they bring back some games supposedly it was a female group from Australia trying to ban a ton of games including nsfw, gore and other stuff

So, I don't wish to sound like an idiot, but where does one find the other two preds? Ive found all the perma preds, but I can't seem to find the other two. Furthermore, I don't know if i'm doing something wrong, but I cannot get the inventory to work. Also,  the codex doesn't want to seem to work for me, it's always grayed out. Amazing game though, i'm thoroughly excited to see what's next!

The other two are the slime and the mimic. There should be slimes dotted throughout the first area, and the mimic is in one of the treasure rooms in the topmost "treasure vault" area of the cavern.

The codex is grayed out because it hasn't been implemented yet, sorry! Same deal with "customized" games, it's a feature I was working on but wasn't able to make available at this time.

Not sure what could be going wrong with the inventory, though. You're accessing the pause menu and tabbing to the character menu, right? When you scroll down to the spell inventory, you can go into it. You can change the second and third spells in the menu, but the first one is your "character" spell-- It's tied to the character you're playing, so it's the only slot that cannot be changed.

Really glad you enjoyed the game though!

Thank you so much, I appreciate your assistance, turns out, the reason I couldn't get the inventory to work, was because I didn't understand that it was necessitated for me to use the keyboard equivalent to the dpad, I was simply attempting to use the binds (R), to access the inventor. Simple user error!

Judging from the comments, a lot of my critisms have already been spoken and acknowledged. Aside from a desire for more save slots, because there is so many ways to play this and so many outcomes that having the ability to make as many save games as you want, copy saves so you can just start from X point, and delete saves you don't want, would be incredibly nice. But that's also something to consider later, once the game plays well. I'll just make do with only 3 saves for being eaten every fight, struggling through as Lunalyn, and devouring everyone as first Budgie (Mimi for me) for now. 

Since that's it for my critiques, here's some praise: This is a rather unique play on a vore game and an excellent one. It lets you play whatever way appeals to you. If you like the feel of a prey fighting for their life against predators out to get them, you can do that and are rewarded for doing that (with health, currently). If you are just here for the vore, you don't have to fight a thing (aside from the non-perma preds) and can just let yourself be eaten, then continue on as your pred to be eaten by whoever is next, no matter how indignant. Or, you can fight to survive as the character you want to be (once you get eaten by them). Beautiful concept for a game and one that will be worth keeping an eye on as it grows, develops, and gets more than few bugs fixed up. This is starting out strong, Lunalyn, keep it up!

Yeah I was definitely considering adding more save slots. The nature of the game as it is almost necessitates it, really. Thank you for the feedback!

I'm really glad the general ideas behind the game worked so well for you, I put a lot of thought into how I could make the vore suit the gameplay better than in a lot of games, so it means a lot to hear that!

I will let you know two things that I discovered that hasn't been mentioned so far:

First, the silver budgie does not appear to have their own taunt, instead turning into a blue budgie to do it. Just to be sure, I tested with a bunch of other animations, as well as the green budgie, and this seems to be the only case where this happens.

Second, there is a weird bug with Vesper's trident. I'm not entirely sure what is happening, but dropping the sword to pick up the trident results in the trident sprite remaining on screen, but now behind and seemingly attached to the sword (it disappears upon picking up the sword, which gives the sword as normal). I only got this to consistently happen as a budgie. Additionally, while holding the trident, picking up Skylar's khopesh results in the khopesh sprite reappearing with the trident sprite behind and attached to it. Again, picking it up gives the trident as normal. For this, I was only able to get it consistently as Vesper.

EDIT: Turns out, the sprite bug that keeps happening with the trident happens to both the trident and the khopesh. I've also started getting it with every character. Not sure why it is happening, but I have a suspicion. I've noticed that, when you pick up a weapon, your previous weapon spawns slightly above your character. It can get stuck in a wall or ceiling, making me wonder if that's what's causing this.

sofa expert here. great game, it's amazing how such projects appear. just please don't complicate the game with mechanics and don't try to make it too big. better to make something like a logical end or divide the development into full stages that will minimally affect each other. and most importantly, listen to yourself and do everything as you want.

How good is it?

If you like vore, implied sentient fat, digestion, dragons, kobolds, birds, slimes, pixel art, 2d side scrollers, and 2d platformers then you would probably like it. I like it.

I really like the feel of the motion in this game barring two things.

Firstly, please let me double jump without having to be actively falling, or state somewhere in a movement tutorial that you have to be falling to double jump. Until I figured this out, I thought that the double jump was just unreliable. 

EDIT: Having replayed this a bit and getting that it works like a glide, I actually like this mechanic a lot. Only thing I'd say you need to change for sure is the conveyance of how this works. If I were making this myself, I'd make it faster to use after your first jump and then subsequent flaps can only happen while moving downward. That would give the double jump feel people are looking for while keeping the timing mechanic to keep yourself adrift for longer gap. (Here's hoping this game has fun navigational puzzles~)

Second, the pogo is a little weird to use, since you still have to be holding down for it to activate, but you get the same amount of arial pause even if you let go of the button. If I could get the pogo jump as long as I jump during the pause it would likely feel better.


As for feedback on a non-gameplay side, I really would appreciate being able to change my key bindings. Attack with the rightfaced button feels really weird and I keep accidentally casting magic instead.


Other than those gripes, bravo! This has been the best vore themed platformer I've played yet and it feels genuinely good to play and move around~

1: took me forever to figure out how to open the pause menu since it's not stated anywhere that you have to press enter to open it

2: sometimes struggling requires z and sometimes it requires x, and there's no indication of which one it requires

3: when digested by the mimic or slimes, it says to press the interact button to go to the menu, but it requires pressing c, even though the interact button is v

4: this one is purely personal preference and I completely understand if you decide not to do this but some way to disable the visuals of the bones/skeletons (or even just a way to disable the internal view) would be greatly appreciated

I may be stupid, but i can't figure out how to eat other characters? I know Luna can't, I can't figure out how with other characters
